Your photos are used only to create your personalised storybook. They are never shared with any unauthorized third parties, and they are never used for marketing, advertising, or AI training.
The related images are stored for a limited time (7 days after delivery).
As each book is custom made, we do not offer refunds for change of mind or order errors.
However, if the product arrives damaged, you are eligible for a free replacement or a full refund.
Refunds take up to 7 business days to process on our end, and your bank may require additional time to display the credit. If you haven’t received your refund after 14 business days, please contact us at support@thetimelessstories.com.
At the moment, you can create and order one book at a time, so multiple books will need to be placed as separate orders.
